After receiving a lot of feedback from PC gamers, EA have announced that their Origin service will be getting a large update within the coming days.<\/p>\n
This update 9.0 “landmark” revision will include a number of interface additions. Firstly, gamers’ friends lists will now be free-floating, allowing users to move the window wherever they like, along with the navigation menu being swapped out for a pull-down menu.<\/p>\n
In terms of game libraries, the size of game icons will be enhanced, allowing players to change the size of their game images to their heart’s desire.<\/p>\n
An in-game clock has also been added to the update – apparently a highly-requested feature.<\/p>\n
Origin 9.0 will be available shortly, although users can try it out today by logging into their accounts and opting in to test out the new version.<\/p>\n
