As online PC gaming has grown globally, so we have seen a rapid expanse of the options available to those looking to get their multiplayer fix.<\/p>\n

Over a decade ago it was pretty easy – there was Quake and StarCraft. Soon the likes of Quake III, Call of Duty, Unreal, Battlefield and WarCraft 3 came along to water down the player base.<\/p>\n

Before long, with internet connections improving and games becoming more advanced, we were sitting with an almost unmanageable selection of games to play online.<\/p>\n

In South Africa, the past few years have seen massive growth in the local online gaming arena, and now thousands of South Africans games online daily.<\/p>\n

Given all this growth and complexity, it gets a little difficult to keep track of the various local servers on offer. Sure, most games now come with a server browser that does all the work for us, but it\u2019s still good to have an idea of which GSPs (Gaming Service Providers) are hosting servers for which games.<\/p>\n

With that in mind, I poked around and made a list of all the local servers and their IP addresses currently up and running for a variety of commonly played titles. I\u2019m sure I missed a few, so if you spotted any servers that you think should be on this list, let us know in the comments below.<\/p>\n
