{"id":4330,"date":"2009-08-25T12:06:00","date_gmt":"2009-08-25T10:06:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T22:00:00","slug":"amd-hd5850-and-hd5870-in-2009","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/hardware\/4330-amd-hd5850-and-hd5870-in-2009","title":{"rendered":"AMD HD5850 and HD5870 in 2009?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There is currently a rumour circulating that AMDs DirectX 11 GPU range, codenamed &lsquo;Cyprus&rsquo;,&nbsp; may succeed the current 4800 GPU series.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fudzilla.com\/content\/view\/15187\/1\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fudzilla<\/a> suggests that the new DirectX 11 graphics processors could possibly be announced as the 5800 series after a full list of features and ATI HD 5800 logos were published on VR-Zone. The card has also been pictured by Chiphell which shows it to have dual cooling slots as well as two DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort outputs.<\/p>\n<p>The pictured cards may in fact be the HD5850 and the HD5870.
