Web Africa has launched a 2Mbps uncapped ADSL service, priced at R299, in preparation for Telkom’s ADSL speed upgrades which are currently under way.<\/p>\n

Telkom started to upgrade all its 1Mbps ADSL subscribers to 2Mbps on Friday in a process which is expected to take a few weeks.<\/p>\n

The higher ADSL speeds mean that uncapped ADSL subscribers will have to upgrade their current account if they want to take advantage of the higher speeds.<\/p>\n

The 2Mbps uncapped ADSL pricing from Web Africa is in line with the price from other Internet Service Providers (ISPs).<\/p>\n
