You haven’t even played Borderlands 2 yet, but you can already look forward to playing one, two, three, four<\/em> “big, original, themed, fully built out” DLC expansions when you’ve finished playing the game. Then you can start over and play everything again. You’ll never not be playing Borderlands 2 ever again, or at least until Borderlands 3.<\/p>\n

Outed last week, the Borderlands 2 season pass<\/a> will get you all four DLC expansions\u00a0for 2400 Microsoft Points or $30 (around R250), but the DLC will also be sold separately at 800 MSP \/ $10 (R85) a pop. The four DLC add-ons are expected to launch by June 2013.<\/p>\n

“These are all big, original, themed, fully built out campaign DLCs,” Gearbox boss Randy Pitchford told Polgyon. “This isn’t just ‘here have a couple of guns.’ We’re working our asses off [on it].”<\/p>\n

These four DLC expansions do not include the Mechromancer class DLC, a free pre-order bonus that’s scheduled to drop on or around 16 October, according to Pitchford. For those of you who don’t get those pre-orders in on time, the Mechromancer will also be available to buy for 800 MSP \/ $10 (R85).<\/p>\n
