{"id":4425,"date":"2009-09-11T14:06:00","date_gmt":"2009-09-11T12:06:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T22:00:00","slug":"bethesda-suing-interplay-for-fallout-mmo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/4425-bethesda-suing-interplay-for-fallout-mmo","title":{"rendered":"Bethesda suing Interplay for Fallout MMO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bethesda Softworks, responsible for the Fallout franchise, has announced that it is suing Interplay for trademark infringement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2006 Interplay signed an agreement with Bethesda to develop a Fallout MMO game.
