Capcom today revealed that a new Resident Evil 5 mission will be coming to Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers in the near future.<\/p>\n
The mission will see characters Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine making an assault on Ozwell Spencer’s castle, an event that took place three years prior to the storyline in Resident Evil 5 and forms the foundation for a major plot point in the game.<\/p>\n
The mission will not be available as downloadable content but will instead be released as part of the so called Resident Evil 5 Alternative Edition, which will also introduce motion controls to the game.<\/p>\n
Players can expect two hours of gameplay from the mission which will support both single player and co operative modes.<\/p>\n
Although it has been confirmed that the game will be released in Japan mid 2010, no western release date has yet been given.<\/p>\n
