{"id":45480,"date":"2012-10-08T16:23:37","date_gmt":"2012-10-08T14:23:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=45480"},"modified":"2012-10-08T16:25:54","modified_gmt":"2012-10-08T14:25:54","slug":"rayman-legends-launch-delayed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/45480-rayman-legends-launch-delayed","title":{"rendered":"Rayman Legends launch delayed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you&#8217;d planned to pick up a copy of Rayman Legends with your new Wii U in <a href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/news\/42759-wii-u-europe-release-reportedly-pushed-back-to-december.html\" target=\"_blank\"><del>November<\/del> <del>December<\/del> whenever<\/a>, better make new plans &#8211; Ubisoft has delayed the game&#8217;s launch from its original November slot to an as yet unconfirmed date in the first three months of next year.<\/p>\n<p>No reason has been given for the delay, with Ubisoft saying blandly that &#8220;We\u2019re happy that fans are excited about the game, and we are taking the time to make sure we deliver a game that lives up to and hopefully exceeds their expectations. We\u2019ll have more details to share soon.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>So presumably it&#8217;s not finished. Or the devkits exploded. Or rabbids stole the source code in the night, and are demanding Michael Ancel&#8217;s immortal soul as ransom.
