{"id":4743,"date":"2009-11-02T13:01:00","date_gmt":"2009-11-02T11:01:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T22:00:00","slug":"doom-available-on-iphone-and-ipod-touch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/4743-doom-available-on-iphone-and-ipod-touch","title":{"rendered":"Doom available on iPhone and iPod Touch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It has been officially announced that the iPhone and iPod Touch port of id Software&rsquo;s Doom is now available for download in the Apple app store for $6.99 (roughly R50).<\/p>\n<p>The 76.8MB download features 36 levels across four episodes (Knee-Deep in the Dead, Shores of Hell, Inferno, and Thy Flesh Consumed) and is currently available to users.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to single player mode the game will also include four person competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes.<\/p>\n<p>Classic game ports to the iPod touch and iPhone platforms are becoming increasingly popular.
