Asus in partnership with Incredible Connection will be giving away an Asus ENGTX 285 Top at the Left 4 Dead 2 launch event this weekend. The launch will be taking place at the Incredible Connection store located in The Glen Shopping Centre in Johannesburg.<\/p>\n
Anyone can go along to the store over the weekend and enter the competition, which will see entrants participating in co-op Left 4 Dead 2 on PC.<\/p>\n
Asus will provide four PCs which will be connected via a network. Players do not need to sign up in advance or pay any entry fee. It is as simple as pitching up and playing, and will take about 30 minutes in total.<\/p>\n
All scores will be recorded throughout the weekend, and at the close of play on Sunday, the top score is chosen and the winner contacted. The winner will receive an Asus GTX 285 Top which is a factory overclocked GTX 285 and retails for around R5000.<\/p>\n
The competition will run from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon during Incredible Connection’s opening hours.<\/p>\n
The competition marks the launch of the highly anticipated Left 4 Dead 2 from Valve. The sequel to the award winning Left 4 Dead will be available on Xbox 360 and PC, and focuses on online cooperative play.<\/p>\n
The basic premise is simple, players take on the role of one of four survivors as they battle hordes of zombies. Like its predecessor, the game is promising to offer straight forward addictive gameplay.<\/p>\n
