Dead Space 3, Aliens: Colonial Marines, Rayman Legends, Gears of War: Judgement and Army of Two: The Devil\u2019s Cartel are set to bring some co-op chaos to the world of gaming this year.<\/p>\n

Dead Space 3 – 8 February 2013 (Xbox 360, Ps3, PC)<\/h3>\n

Dead Space has always been outrageously frightening as you made you lonely way through derelict space ships, but will adding a friend to the mix make it easier?<\/p>\n

Probably not, but it\u2019s going to be awesome. Drop-in\/drop-out co-op will allow the world\u2019s most unlucky engineer, Isaac Clark, to be joined by John Carver.<\/p>\n

The problem is that Carver is also dealing with some dementia of his own, which will result in each player experiencing the game a little different through each character\u2019s eyes.<\/p>\n

\"Dead<\/a><\/p>\n

Aliens: Colonial Marines – 12 February 2013 (Xbox 360, PS3, PC)<\/h3>\n

Developed by Gearbox Software, Aliens: Colonial Marines promises a suspense and adrenaline-filled single-player experience, along with a 4-player drop-in drop-out cooperative campaign and competitive multiplayer mode.<\/p>\n

The co-op is what you\u2019ll be wanting to play, as taking on the iconic xenomorphs alone is no easy task.<\/p>\n

Players will have to work together and watch each other\u2019s backs, as those pesky limb-tearing, acid-blooded baddies seem to appear out of everywhere.<\/p>\n

\"Aliens<\/a><\/p>\n

Rayman Legends – 28 February 2013 (Wii U)<\/h3>\n

Rayman Legends will look to follow-up the stellar, but underrated, Rayman Origins, which released in 2012.<\/p>\n

The upcoming platforming adventure is being developed by Ubisoft Montpellier, and is currently scheduled to release on\u00a0Wii U, which will allow for co-op of up to 5 players.<\/p>\n

The game will utilise the new\u00a0Pro Controller\u00a0and Wii U\u2019s new touch-screen GamePad, as players can manipulate platforms and the environment using touch, along with a special character created purely to use the functionality of the Wii U GamePad.<\/p>\n

\"Rayman<\/a><\/p>\n

Gears of War: Judgment – 19 March 2013 (Xbox 360)<\/h3>\n

The Gears saga continues, but jumping back to the past this time.<\/p>\n

Players will once again team up by taking the reins of Augustus Cole and Damon Baird, as the two step into the limelight to face the horrors of E-Day.<\/p>\n

Expect more dependence, camaraderie, and dual-locust-killing when Gears of War: Judgment drops.<\/p>\n

Army of Two: The Devil\u2019s Cartel – 29 March 2013 (Xbox 360, PS3)<\/h3>\n

Thank heavens there is a new Army of Two, as some co-op dedicated destruction has been lacking for a little while.<\/p>\n

Army of Two: The Devil\u2019s Cartel will feature two new characters, Alpha and Bravo, who enter the stage from previous series protagonists Salem and Rios.<\/p>\n

Alpha and Bravo will take on the gang-ridden streets of Mexico with the license to kill and ability to blow-up just about anything.<\/p>\n

Army of Two: The Devil\u2019s Cartel will run on DICE\u2019s Frostbite 2 engine.<\/p>\n
