CD Projekt Red has confirmed that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will come to Playstation 4.<\/p>\n
The developer said that the game will arrive in 2014 on Sony\u2019s next console.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter yesterday’s PlayStation Meeting we can finally promise: The Witcher 3 is coming to the PlayStation 4,\u201d said studio boss Adam Badowski.<\/p>\n
“The new hardware gives us the opportunity to create something great. We are able to work with the new console from its birth and this allows our in-house REDengine 3 to push the graphical limits of what the PlayStation hardware can display,\u201d said Badowski. \u201cThe console is fresh and has some innovative solutions that we’re looking forward to using in our game.”<\/p>\n
The Witcher 3 is said to have a world 40 times larger than that in Witcher 2, and 20 times larger than the world of Skyrim; due to this CD Projekt Red has a fast-travel system in place.<\/p>\n
CD Projekt Red also emphasise that experience is everything, as you\u2019ll have to know your enemies\u2019 strengths and weaknesses in order to defeat them. That said, the developer also wants less of a learning curve that was required in the Witcher 2.<\/p>\n
