{"id":5100,"date":"2010-01-04T11:41:00","date_gmt":"2010-01-04T09:41:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T22:00:00","slug":"ea-shutting-down-25-multiplayer-servers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/5100-ea-shutting-down-25-multiplayer-servers","title":{"rendered":"EA shutting down 25 multiplayer servers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Publisher EA has confirmed recent rumours that a number of its games will have their online multiplayer component removed in just under a month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following games will be affected:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>UEFA Champions League 07 PC and Xbox360 <br \/>Facebreaker Xbox360 and PS3 <br \/>Fantasy Football 09 Xbox360 and PS3 <br \/>FIFA 07 PSP, PS2, PC <br \/>Fight Night Round 3 PS2 <br \/>Madden 08 Wii <br \/>Madden 08 PC <br \/>Madden 09 Xbox1 <br \/>Madden 09 Wii and PSP <br \/>March Madness 07 Xbox360 <br \/>NBA 07 PSP, Xbox360 <br \/>NBA 08 PS2, PSP, Wii <br \/>NBA 09 Wii &#8211; Europe only <br \/>NBA Street (2007) PS3 and Xbox360 <br \/>NCAA Football 08 PS2 <br \/>NCAA Football 09 PS2 <br \/>NASCAR 08 PS2 <br \/>NASCAR 09 PS2 <br \/>NASCAR 09 PS3 and Xbox360 &#8211; Europe Only <br \/>NFL Tour PS3 and Xbox360 <br \/>NHL 07 PSP and Xbox360 <br \/>NHL 08 PC <br \/>Tiger Woods 07 PC <br \/>Madden 09 Xbox360 and PS3 <br \/>Madden 07 Xbox 360<\/p>\n<p>EA has released, or is at least planning to release newer versions of almost all of the games in the list.
