Rumours regarding the next Assassin\u2019s Creed game are pouring in following the appearance of a photo of an alleged promotional poster.<\/p>\n

The next game is said to be called Assassin\u2019s Creed 4: Black Flag, and will be heavily inspired by the naval battles of Assassin\u2019s Creed III, taking on a pirate-themed adventure setting.<\/p>\n

The leaked artwork appeared on Kotaku, and showed another familiar-looking hooded assassin character aboard a ship, with a pistol and dagger held to some pirates.<\/p>\n

The image itself seems like it could be from DeviantArt or some other fan-made source, however, an alleged screenshot and map of the AC4 world has also emerged on the internet.<\/p>\n

Details have then began rolling in about the unannounced game via Examiner<\/a>. The game\u2019s protagonist is said to be Edward Kenway, father of Haytham Kenway, and grandfather of Connor from Assassin’s Creed 3.<\/p>\n

The map image reveals that the locations of Havana, Kingston and the Cayman Islands will all appear in the game.<\/p>\n

The game is said to be scheduled for current-gen systems, along with plans for next-gen too.<\/p>\n
