{"id":52296,"date":"2013-03-27T09:40:33","date_gmt":"2013-03-27T07:40:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=52296"},"modified":"2013-03-27T09:49:17","modified_gmt":"2013-03-27T07:49:17","slug":"battlefield-4-revealed-gameplay-video-showcased","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/52296-battlefield-4-revealed-gameplay-video-showcased","title":{"rendered":"Battlefield 4 revealed, gameplay video showcased"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EA and DICE have officially revealed Battlefield 4 at massive events held in Stockholm and San Francisco.<\/p>\n<p>DICE showed off a 17-minute live demo and revealed a number of details about the upcoming sequel.<\/p>\n<p>Battlefield 4 will integrate the elements of multiplayer, a highlight of the series, into the single-player experience.<\/p>\n<p>Players will be able to traverse huge environments, access a wealth of vehicles and direct squad mates, all within the single-player campaign, which encompasses land, sea and air combat.<\/p>\n<p>The game will be powered by DICE\u2019s Frostbite 3 engine, so expect some of the shiniest visuals and intense destruction you\u2019ve seen to date.<\/p>\n<p>Battlefield 4\u2019s \u201cFishing in Baku\u201d single-player demo was presented, showing a protagonist, Recker, stuck in a pretty sketchy situation.<\/p>\n<p>DICE also announced some details regarding to upcoming Battlefield 4 beta.
