Developers Gearbox have slowly begun trickling out details regarding  a previously unannounced third DLC package for 2009’s most successful fresh IP Borderlands.<\/p>\n

According to Shack News<\/a> game designer Jason “haTts” Reiss recently revealed that it is “the biggest DLC we’ve ever made” adding “Level cap increase anyone? Got it and it’s awesome. Hopefully we can get a full announcement out to you guys soon…we are working really hard right now on both the update (that solves a bunch of issues) and the DLC.”<\/p>\n

Prior to the release of the game on multiple platforms the developers revealed that “people are going to be surprised when they find out how quickly we’re coming [with DLC], and with what content we’re coming.”<\/p>\n

Fans of the RPG laced first person shooter will be more than happy to hear that the level cap in Borderlands has increased, this could potentially add a number of new elements to the gameplay.<\/p>\n
