MyBroadband has conducted its latest broadband survey, and the initial results show that Afrihost<\/a> is the ADSL service provider with the happiest customers.<\/p>\n

The broadband survey was completed by 8,220 broadband users across South Africa, of which around 4,400 were ADSL subscribers.<\/p>\n

These users rated their ADSL service provider’s (ISP) support, ease of use, billing, value for money and the overall satisfaction with the service.<\/p>\n

The survey therefore tested users’ satisfaction with their ADSL ISP rather than the actual performance of the service (broadband performance indicators are available here).<\/p>\n

The initial results show that Afrihost’s clients were the most satisfied with their ADSL service provider, followed by Web Africa<\/a> and Axxess<\/a>.<\/p>\n
