{"id":52554,"date":"2013-04-05T10:38:43","date_gmt":"2013-04-05T08:38:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=52554"},"modified":"2013-04-05T10:40:20","modified_gmt":"2013-04-05T08:40:20","slug":"fast-furious-showdown-revealed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/52554-fast-furious-showdown-revealed","title":{"rendered":"Fast &#038; Furious: Showdown revealed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For all the die-hard Vin Diesel fans out there, Activision has announced Fast &amp; Furious: Showdown, a new The Fast &amp; the Furious game to tie into the upcoming sixth film.<\/p>\n<p>The game will arrive on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, and will obviously involve racing, however, the game allows the player to switch between roles &#8211; driver, gunman, tactician, and daredevil.<\/p>\n<p>The game will feature two-player co-op for a number of action-packed missions, presumably allowing one player to drive while the other hangs out the window as the shooter.<\/p>\n<p>Fast &amp; Furious: Showdown will have \u201csome of the hottest vehicles and race across epic locations around the globe\u201d. Vehicle customisation and upgrades will also be available.<\/p>\n<p>There is also a Challenge Mode, in which players can compete against one another on an online leader board.<\/p>\n<p>There is no EU release date; however, the game is scheduled to drop on 22 May, ahead of the Fast &amp; Furious 6 film release on 6 June in the states.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the screenshots below:<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
