Prior to official details of the next-gen Xbox being released, a Microsoft employee tweeted about some features, and the mother-ship wasn\u2019t happy.<\/p>\n
The controversy kicked off when Microsoft Studios Creative Director Adam Orth fuelled more rumours regarding the console\u2019s speculated \u201calways-online\u201d feature.<\/p>\n
\u201cSorry, I don\u2019t get the drama around having an \u2018always on\u2019 console,” Orth tweeted. \u201cEvery device now is \u2018always on.\u2019 That’s the world we live in #dealwithit.\u201d<\/p>\n
The \u201cdeal with it\u201d part didn\u2019t go down well with the community, and gamers responded angrily.<\/p>\n
Whether or not Orth\u2019s tweet was a very-poorly worded indirect confirmation of the rumoured always-online feature of the next-box is unknown, however, Microsoft did respond to the tweet.<\/p>\n
