A Louisville man by the name of Peter Fred has claimed to be inches away from creating a functioning anti-gravity device.<\/p>\n

Fred\u2019s device, which he calls the Reactionless Thermal Drive, is said to have the power to lift objects, essentially paving the way to revolutionise modern travel.<\/p>\n

Fred aims to fund is Kickstarter campaign so that he can win the $1.3 million Gode Gravity Award.<\/p>\n
