Following the announcement of The Sims 4 coming to PC and Mac in 2014, EA and Maxis have pushed out one bit of information.<\/p>\n
“The Sims 4 celebrates the heart and soul of the Sims themselves, giving players a deeper connection with the most expressive, surprising and charming Sims ever in this single-player offline experience.”<\/p>\n
It is interesting to note the special mention of The sims 4 being a “single-player offline” game. I don’t want to presume too much, but could this clarification be due to the gamer outrage caused by the SimCity reboot being built around an always-online social meta-game?<\/p>\n
