The British Academy of Film and Television Arts has once again teamed up with UK retail chain GAME to bring us its nominations for the best games of 2010. The winners in the various categories will be announced on March 19 at the BAFTA annual game awards ceremony held in London.<\/p>\n
There are a total of 15 award categories, and a whopping 40 games have been nominated across the board. The nominations are unsurprisingly dominated by the likes of Uncharted 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Modern Warfare 2 and Assassin’s Creed 2.<\/p>\n
Incidentally, the 2010 awards honour games released in 2009.<\/p>\n
