{"id":54567,"date":"2013-05-29T14:45:45","date_gmt":"2013-05-29T12:45:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=54567"},"modified":"2013-05-29T14:47:06","modified_gmt":"2013-05-29T12:47:06","slug":"wolfenstein-the-new-order-robot-nazi-chaos-overload","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/features\/54567-wolfenstein-the-new-order-robot-nazi-chaos-overload","title":{"rendered":"Wolfenstein: The New Order &#8211; robot Nazi chaos overload"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A number of international publications have been lucky enough to test out MachineGames\u2019 alternate-history take on the Wolfenstein franchise with The New Order; but are things looking promising for the granddaddy of first-person shooters?<\/p>\n<p>This time around, the game sees a different reality where the Nazis managed to win World War II, and of course its up to series hero BJ Blazkowicz to save the day from the maniacal Nazi powers.<\/p>\n<p>The New Order will still remain true to the franchise\u2019s formula \u2013 shooting Nazis in the face, using super weapons, and delving into the supernatural and paranormal.<\/p>\n<p>MachineGames, a subsidiary of Bethesda parent company Zenimax, is behind the development this time. MachineGames was founded by the team behind Starbreeze Studios, who created Chronicles of Riddick.<\/p>\n<p>The game is set to release on PC, Xbox 360, Playstation and next-gen consoles in Q4 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the impressions below:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">IGN<\/h3>\n<p>IGN managed to get some further insight and a hands-on preview of the new Wolfenstein instalment.
