EA and DICE have announced Mirror\u2019s Edge 2 via a teaser trailer shown at the publisher\u2019s E3 press conference.<\/p>\n
The trailer confirms that a sequel to the first-person free-running game has in fact been in development, as hinted by multiple rumours over the last few months.<\/p>\n
The short trailer shows that the original game\u2019s heroine, Faith, will return for the sequel.<\/p>\n
The trailer states that all footage uses the actual game engine, and its further revealed that Frostbite 3 will play a role and will power the highly-anticipated sequel.<\/p>\n
The video itself shows Faith getting her trademark tattoos, with what looks like gameplay snippets, although the brief pieces could be pre-rendered shots.<\/p>\n
