{"id":57121,"date":"2013-08-09T12:57:59","date_gmt":"2013-08-09T10:57:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=57121"},"modified":"2013-08-09T13:00:50","modified_gmt":"2013-08-09T11:00:50","slug":"the-order-1886-screenshots-show-ps4-power","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/playstation\/57121-the-order-1886-screenshots-show-ps4-power","title":{"rendered":"The Order: 1886 screenshots show PS4 power"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Order: 1886 is a Playstation 4 launch title in development by Ready at Dawn and Sony Santa Monica studios, putting players in an alternate steampunk universe that appears to be set in 1886 in London during the reign of Queen Victoria.<\/p>\n<p>Ready at Dawn has said that the game is &#8220;a third person action adventure with shooting mechanics, but also a filmic experience interacting with real people, events &amp; places.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>New screenshots have surfaced detailing some aspects of the game&#8217;s development and how the new technologies inside the Playstation 4 are being used to give the game a more realistic look.<\/p>\n<p>The pictures accompany a very technical white paper detailing how the developers are using the GPU to model shaders on objects more accurately and give them a softer, more realistic look.
