EA has announced a new policy called \u201cOrigin Great Game Guarantee\u201d, which allows gamers to get a refund for their purchased game if they don\u2019t enjoy it, but the policy is only effective within the first 24 hours of first playing it or within seven days of purchase.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf something doesn\u2019t work out\u2014you aren\u2019t riveted by the storyline, or sucked in by the action, or even just if the game doesn\u2019t play well with your video card\u2014we\u2019ve got your back,\u201d said EA.<\/p>\n
\u201cRequesting a refund is quick and easy. Just visit your order history and click the \u201crequest a refund\u201d link next to your recent purchase, answer a few quick questions, and we\u2019ll take it from there.\u201d<\/p>\n
The policy only applies to EA games purchased through Origin and not any other third-party service.<\/p>\n
