{"id":5793,"date":"2010-04-19T13:40:00","date_gmt":"2010-04-19T11:40:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T22:00:00","slug":"psn-update-day-moved-from-thursday-to-tuesday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/playstation\/5793-psn-update-day-moved-from-thursday-to-tuesday","title":{"rendered":"PSN update day moved from Thursday to Tuesday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Everyone who uses the PlayStation Network regularly knows that every Thursday Sony updates it content, with new games, demos etc.<\/p>\n<p>From the beginning of May however, Sony will be updating the PSN every Tuesday in the US, and every Wednesday in Europe, and therefore SA.<\/p>\n<p>The Thursday update has been a long standing bone of contention with PSN users, as Xbox Live is updated on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This has meant that Xbox 360 owners have always gotten their content a bit earlier than PS3 owners.<\/p>\n<p>This week&rsquo;s update will be the last time that the PSN gets new content on a Thursday.
