MyGaming recently caught up with Dell\u2019s Regional Sales Manager, Gavin Slevin, to discuss the future Alienware in South Africa. We asked whether the US Alienware trade-in system would feature in SA.<\/p>\n

Alienware\u2019s trade-in program<\/a> allows gamers to trade in Alienware products and get cash back, as long as your laptop you\u2019re trading in is on the Cash Back Value list.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s not something in SA like the trade-in service in the states,\u201d said Slevin, \u201cbut I can tell you that Alienware products are actively traded second-hand.\u201d<\/p>\n

“You\u2019d be amazed by the resell value of Alienware products, so there are various sites online where people buy and sell different units. It\u2019s an interesting idea though,” said Slevin,<\/p>\n

Slevin also confirmed that the Alienware gear would be coming to SA<\/a>.<\/p>\n
