{"id":60084,"date":"2013-11-11T12:07:53","date_gmt":"2013-11-11T10:07:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=60084"},"modified":"2013-11-11T16:49:40","modified_gmt":"2013-11-11T14:49:40","slug":"adsl-speed-upgrade-details","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/broadband\/60084-adsl-speed-upgrade-details","title":{"rendered":"ADSL speed upgrade details"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"Telkom\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/227037-Telkom\">Telkom<\/a> will begin to upgrade its ADSL line speeds today (11 November 2013) &#8211; free of charge &#8211; with the speeds of 1Mbps, 2Mbps, and 4Mbps products increased to 2Mbps, 4Mbps, and 10Mbps respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The upgrade process will influence the availability of some of Telkom&#8217;s ADSL products, as described below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As from Monday 11 November, the 4,096kbps option will be removed and replaced with the 10,240 kbps offering<\/li>\n<li>On 18 November 4,096kbps will be available again to replace the current 2,048kbps offering. No 2,048 kbps will be available for the week.<\/li>\n<li>On 25 November 2,048kbps will be available again to replace the current 1,024kbps offering.
