Ster-Kinekor Entertainment, which handles all things Sony PlayStation in South Africa, has told MyBroadband that it hopes to announce details around music and video content services in 2014.<\/p>\n

Sony offers music and video content through its Sony Music Unlimited and Sony Video Unlimited services in a number of territories around the world.<\/p>\n

There is still some uncertainty as to if, when, and in what form these services will be made available in South Africa, however.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe roll out of Music and Video Services is a complex process [and] we have no visibility of the roadmap,\u201d Ster-Kinekor Entertainment CEO, Mario Dos Santos said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHowever, we have had numerous discussions with SCEE [Sony Computer Entertainment Europe] in this regard and are hopeful of being able to share some further info in the year ahead of a possible solution for South Africa,\u201d Dos Santos added.<\/p>\n
