{"id":61415,"date":"2014-01-13T19:03:44","date_gmt":"2014-01-13T17:03:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=61415"},"modified":"2014-01-13T19:06:39","modified_gmt":"2014-01-13T17:06:39","slug":"toyota-concept-car-coming-to-gran-turismo-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/61415-toyota-concept-car-coming-to-gran-turismo-6","title":{"rendered":"Toyota concept car coming to Gran Turismo 6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Video game players will get a chance to try out a virtual version of Toyota&#8217;s new concept sports car that was unveiled in Detroit as a symbol of the automaker&#8217;s design future.<\/p>\n<p>The Japanese automaker took the wraps off the FT-1 on Monday during press previews at the North American International Auto Show.<\/p>\n<p>The company says the &#8220;FT&#8221; in the red, rear-wheel-drive FT-1 stands for &#8220;Future Toyota&#8221; and the number represents &#8220;the ultimate.&#8221; The prototype&#8217;s engine is in the front, with a window in the hood to showcase its power.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle&#8217;s development started two years ago, and the car was devised first in the Sony PlayStation Gran Turismo game environment.
