Speaking to OXM<\/a>, Dark Souls 2 producer Takeshi Miyazoe said that there is potential for the game to receive DLC – but that will depend on feedback from the fans.<\/p>\n

“There is definitely potential, I think. Again, it’s all about fan feedback. Right now we are concentrating on completing what we’ve got, but I think there are next steps on how we can expand on Dark Souls 2. So I’m not really ready to say look forward to more information, but I think the potential is definitely there,” said Miyazoe.<\/p>\n

Fairly non-committal stuff there; perhaps the game’s publisher, Bandai Namco, wanted to leave the DLC door open for capitalising on the success of the game.<\/p>\n

This goes somewhat against comments made by Miyazoe back in December, when he said that DLC wasn’t even being considered<\/a> <\/strong>as the team wanted to deliver a full package to fans.<\/p>\n
