The world of video gaming is filled with captivating characters and great narrative from which a number of memorable quotes have arisen. Often the mere reciting of the quote is enough to bring back a flood of good gaming memories. Of course, there are some pretty infamous quotes too, along the lines of badly translated sentences, or just downright awful dialogue. MyGaming has compiled a list of some of our favourite gaming quotations (in no particular order) for your reading pleasure.<\/p>\n

35. <\/span>Dishonourable mention goes to this gaming related quote from John Romero, whom was <\/span>attempting to market his then new game, Daikatana, with the following provocative <\/span>advertisement:<\/p>\n

It certainly garnered a lot of pre-release attention, but unfortunately for Romero, the game <\/span>went down in history as a memorable flop – but that’s another story.<\/p>\n
