{"id":62858,"date":"2014-03-27T12:32:37","date_gmt":"2014-03-27T10:32:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=62858"},"modified":"2014-03-27T17:29:25","modified_gmt":"2014-03-27T15:29:25","slug":"the-last-of-us-coming-to-ps4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/62858-the-last-of-us-coming-to-ps4","title":{"rendered":"The Last of Us coming to PS4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Update:<\/strong>\u00a0Sony has issued a statement on the purported port of The Last of Us to PS4, all but denying the move.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;At no time have we announced that The Last of Us is coming to PS4 and therefore, have nothing to say on the subject,&#8221; a Sony Computer Entertainment Europe spokesperson told <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/articles\/2014-03-27-the-last-of-us-headed-to-ps4-this-summer-sony-employee-says\" target=\"_blank\">Eurogamer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Original story:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Last of Us will be ported to the PlayStation 4 before the end of 2014 according to\u00a0PlayStation&#8217;s Eurasian software market manager Sercan Sulun.<\/p>\n<p>The game has been given high praise since its release, and <a href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/news\/61864-the-last-of-us-cleans-up-at-dice-awards.html\">won in multiple categories at the recent DICE Awards.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is no information about a new The Last of Us game but I can share this knowledge; as of this summer, The Last of Us will be on the PS4. Both on PSN and physically,&#8221; said Sulun on Turkish CNN.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The PS4 version will also include the DLC so you will be able to play &#8216;Left Behind&#8217; as well.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Last of Us is also scheduled to make a <a href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/news\/62424-the-last-of-us-to-become-a-movie.html\">silver screen appearance<\/a>, with Screen Gems planning to turn the game into a feature film.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/URoWTEw5Vow?rel=0\" height=\"338\" width=\"600\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Are you excited for a PS4 version of The Last of US?
