Sony promises that this will not affect regular PSN users, and there will be no loss of functionality for those who don&rsquo;t want to pay.<\/p>\n<p>For $49.99 (R380) per year, or $17.99 (R140) for 3 months, PSN users can be upgraded to PlayStation Plus users.
