{"id":64125,"date":"2014-05-08T10:49:05","date_gmt":"2014-05-08T08:49:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=64125"},"modified":"2014-05-08T10:51:34","modified_gmt":"2014-05-08T08:51:34","slug":"star-wars-battlefront-to-be-shown-at-e3-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/64125-star-wars-battlefront-to-be-shown-at-e3-2014","title":{"rendered":"Star Wars: Battlefront to be shown at E3 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Electronic Arts will show more footage of its upcoming title, Star Wars: Battlefront &#8211; the DICE-developed game set in the Star Wars universe &#8211; at this year&#8217;s E3, according to EA CEO Andrew Wilson.<\/p>\n<p>In response to a request for an update on EA&#8217;s slate of Star Wars titles, Wilson said the publisher expects to reveal more about the new Battlefront &#8220;and other new projects in development&#8221; at the annual game expo, which will take place from 10 &#8211; 12 June 2014.<\/p>\n<p>EA announced the new Frostbite-powered Star Wars: Battlefront at last year&#8217;s E3, in the form a brief teaser trailer seemingly set on the frozen planet Hoth.<\/p>\n<p>The company expects to release the game, one of the first in its exclusive publishing agreement with Disney, as early as the middle of 2015.
