Watch Dogs creative director\u00a0Jonathan Morin has said that the much anticipated game looks the same on now-gen consoles (i.e PS4 and Xbox One) as it does\u00a0on a gaming PC handling the settings on “high”.<\/p>\n
Responding to a question on Twitter<\/a>, Morin said: “PC High settings = NG (next-gen) Consoles.”<\/p>\n This may come as a surprise, as PC versions of games normally have the upper hand when it comes to top-end graphics settings. What we need to take into account is that Morin revealed that there are “Ultra PC requirements”<\/a>\u00a0for Watch Dogs, as well as the standard “recommended and minimum”<\/a>\u00a0settings. “High” does not always mean the top end when it comes to graphics settings on a PC.<\/p>\n Considering Watch Dogs will not run at 1080p 60 fps<\/a>\u00a0on the next-gen consoles, we don’t think\u00a0PC gamers have anything to worry about – we really don’t need another Watch Dogs graphics controversy<\/a>.<\/p>\n You can see what the game will look like\u00a0running on top settings in the video, below.<\/p>\n Watch Dogs arrives on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on 27 May 2014.
