Apparently, when the baby turned blue and stopped breathing, the teenager took it to her mother, who then&nbsp;resuscitated&nbsp;it using mouth to mouth and called 999.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>She reported her daughter to the police the next day, and the teenager was arrested promptly.
