Last week we reported that the Collective Game Critics Awards has chosen their nominees<\/a> for the best games and hardware of E3 2009.<\/p>\n

Some of the biggest gaming publications from around the world participate in the nominations, including Kotaku, Gamespot, 1UP and many more. <\/p>\n

Rage received 5 nominations, three of which it won. Portal 2 and Dance Central each took 2 awards, and the 3DS was the star of the show, getting the Best of Show award, as well as Best Hardware. <\/p>\n

By the looks of things, as much as Sony and Microsoft were pushing their new respective motion control devices, neither captured the hearts of journalists, winning nothing. <\/p>\n
