Zombie Cow studios<\/a>, the mad British minds behind brilliant indie adventure titles Ben There, Dan That and Time Gentlemen, Please!, made news when they announced Privates<\/a>, apparently the first video game to take place inside human private parts.<\/p>\n

Being produced in association with British television’s Channel 4, the game is being touted as an educational title. Dan Marshall, Zombie Cow founder, believes that the game promotes safe sex and condom usage, and has been written along the guidelines provided by the national curriculum.<\/p>\n

Zombie Cow has decided to give us a peek under their development bloomers, releasing a trailer showing off the side-scrolling platform style gameplay of Privates. Judging from the footage, the graphics look colourful and crisp, the gameplay mechanics smooth, and despite the contentious setting, Privates actually looks like quite a bit of fun.<\/p>\n

The game is going to be released for free on the PC platform sometime during the British summer. There is still no word on an Xbox 360 Indie Games release, which the developers plan to charge for. This is probably due to the rather risqué setting of the game which might not make<\/a> the Microsoft cut.<\/p>\n

Strange to think that in this gaming day and age, we can lay our hands on any number of gruesome titles which tout the ability to kill things in a variety of creative ways, but the moment some cartoonish sexual organ related graphics make an appearance, suddenly everyone becomes squeamish. <\/p>\n
