Paradox Interactive has revealed its new galactic RTS Ancient Space<\/a>, due to be released for PC and Mac before the end of 2014.<\/p>\n

The story-driven RTS is being developed by Creative Forge and features a single-player story that puts gamers\u00a0in command of a fleet of spaceships exploring the edge of the known universe.<\/p>\n

“A rich and compelling story will guide the player as they build and upgrade their fleets, and then survive overwhelming odds in deadly strategic missions,” said Paradox.<\/p>\n

Ancient Space is billed as an “engrossing single-player campaign story with time-honored RTS gameplay for a suspenseful experience”, with multiple mission – ranging from exploration to stealth, and assault to defence.<\/p>\n

As with most RTS games, Ancient Space will allow you to upgrade and expand your space fleet as you progress through the game.<\/p>\n
