Logitech recently unveiled\u00a0the\u00a0Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury – the fastest gaming mouse ever made, according to the company – and the local PR agency for Logitech has confirmed it will be here in SA before the end of the year.<\/p>\n

The “ultra-fast FPS gaming mouse” features Logitech’s Fusion Engine which tracks movement at over 12 metres per second, as well as Logitech’s Delta Zero sensor for “unrivaled accuracy”.<\/p>\n

Logitech promises gamers that the\u00a0G402 Hyperion Fury will track as fast as they can move, thanks, in part, to an on-board\u00a032-bit ARM processor.<\/p>\n

“Using Logitech Gaming Software, you can add a fifth DPI setting and customize the experience to your liking. With DPI shifting, Hyperion Fury can go from 4000 DPI to 240 DPI in the blink of an eye, giving you the flexibility to thrive in the chaos of battle,” said Logitech.<\/p>\n

The mouse also features 8 programmable buttons,\u00a0which\u00a0can be configured for macros or single keystrokes, and can withstand “20 million clicks” on each button and 250km of tracking.<\/p>\n

Pricing and availability have not been announced as yet, but the\u00a0Hyperion Fury will be in South Africa before the end of 2014.<\/p>\n
