We re-imagined this system from the inside out, and it performs true to our legacy of excellence. It\u2019s a perfect convergence of power and design,&#8221; the company said.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alienware.com\/landings\/area-51\/\" target=\"_blank\">new Area 51<\/a> features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An all-new Triad chassis which provides better cooling and easy access to the internals of the machine;<\/li>\n<li>The new Intel Haswell E 6-core and 8-core CPUs;<\/li>\n<li>The new Intel X99 motherboards and support for up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM;<\/li>\n<li>Support for up to 3 graphics cards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_68798\" style=\"width: 472px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Area-51-b.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-68798\" class=\"wp-image-68798\" src=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Area-51-b.png\" alt=\"Area 51\" width=\"462\" height=\"490\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-68798\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Alienware Area 51<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Area 51 will come with Alienware&#8217;s latest version of its Command Centre software &#8211; version 4.0 &#8211; which allows gamers to not only customise 9 light-zones on the chassis, but easily overclock their rig.<\/p>\n<p>With 3 GPUs, a Haswell E processor, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM, it&#8217;s tough to think which screen could possibly handle all the graphical power this triangular PC will likely put out.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, wait, it seems Alienware has the answer for that as well &#8211; the Dell UltraSharp 34-inch curved monitor.<\/p>\n<p>Dell, which owns Alienware, revealed its gaming-focused monitor a few weeks back, which features a WQHD display (3440&#215;1440), a 21:9 aspect ratio, and a 34-inch screen\u00a0over a slightly curved surface.<\/p>\n<p>If that is not enough real estate for you, Alienware suggests you put three ultra HD monitors alongside one another, and give yourself a\u00a011520&#215;2160 canvas to spill digital blood on.<\/p>\n<p>OH, so <em>that&#8217;s<\/em> what they meant by &#8220;beyond ultra HD visuals&#8221; &#8211; gotcha now.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_68802\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Area-51-c.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-68802\" class=\"wp-image-68802 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Area-51-c-600x212.jpg\" alt=\"Alienware Area 51\" width=\"600\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Area-51-c-600x212.jpg 600w, https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Area-51-c.jpg 1350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-68802\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Alienware Area 51<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Area 51 and Dell&#8217;s curved 34-inch screen are both set to launch before the end of 2014, with pricing not yet available for either piece of gaming hardware.
