After publisher 3D Realms eventually pulled the plug on Duke Nukem Forever\u2019s troubled development cycle, causing developer 3D Realms to go under, it seemed that we could finally forget about the game.<\/p>\n<p>Gearbox was then named as the developer behind the spin-off title, Duke Begins. Recent rumours now indicate that Duke Begins will never see the light of day.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, Gearbox is supposedly hard at work on Duke Nukem Forever.
