According to reports and PlayStation’s Twitter feed, the PlayStation Network is down. Again.<\/p>\n

The team at PlayStation has confirmed that some players are unable to use the service, and its engineers are working on resolving the problem.<\/p>\n

A short gaming session last night (6 January 2015) saw me unable to log into my PSN account, with a “we are performing maintenance” message popping up.<\/p>\n

The US PlayStation support page also indicated at the time of writing that the network was experiencing heavy network traffic.<\/p>\n

For those of you who are wondering whether Lizard Squad are involved<\/a>, there is no Twitter activity from them to suggest a DDoS attack.<\/p>\n
