Those\u00a0games where\u00a0you perform the same task over and over again can become boring. Sure, the games are great, but over time they become repetitive.<\/p>\n
With the power of DLC, though, developers can create next to anything to add to their game – changing it from a traditional shooter to a Jurassic Park experience or a zombie-hunting survival-horror.<\/p>\n
These games need some serious DLC makeovers.<\/p>\n
Far Cry 4 takes place in the massive open world of Kyrat. Mountains and lakes, huge\u00a0forests and temples – it’s ripe for some dinosaur placement.<\/p>\n
Imagine starting\u00a0Far Cry 4, looking into the sky, and seeing a giant\u00a0Pterodactyl coming straight for you. You run away, dodging a\u00a0Triceratops in the process, only to fall off a ledge and into a ravine.<\/p>\n
You slowly make your way out into a clearing, your controller starts to vibrate, you hear consecutive thuds getting louder and more frequent, there’s a deep roar, and a\u00a0Tyrannosaurus Rex bursts from the treeline. I want some of that.<\/p>\n
Rockstar Games has proven it has what it takes to turn an open-world Western into a zombie massacre. I am confident that if it\u00a0had to do the same with GTA 5\u00a0it would be just as epic.<\/p>\n
Los Santos is a huge, immersive world with so much opportunity. A zombie outbreak has taken place and the city and all its inhabitants have fallen to ruin. It is now up to you to find the cure as you travel through the city ruins, smash zombie\u2019s heads in, run into gunfights with rebel groups, and save unsuspecting city folk from various unfortunate events.<\/p>\n
Los Santos plus zombies equals the best DLC ever created.<\/p>\n
Dark Souls is far too serious for its own good, and it is about time that some colour was added to the world of the Souls series.<\/p>\n
My pitch for DLC would be to add a costume DLC that will change the way bosses and enemies look. The Old Iron King with a tutu, or the Smelter Demon with a clown hat? Do you see what I am getting at now? I have finished Dark Souls 2 around 6 times already and all I want is to experience it again, but with a twist.<\/p>\n
