MyBroadband\u2019s latest broadband survey shows that Axxess, Vox Telecom, and Internet Solutions are\u00a0rated as the top ISPs in South Africa.<\/p>\n

The latest broadband survey was completed by 2,668 South African ADSL, VDSL, and fibre subscribers, who rated their service provider on value for money, network quality, and billing and support.<\/p>\n

People who completed the survey were typically IT professionals and other tech-savvy individuals, with a strong knowledge of the South African broadband market.<\/p>\n

The survey tested users\u2019 opinions of their ISP, and asked them how likely they were to recommend their ISP to family and friends.<\/p>\n

The results showed that Axxess was the top-rated ADSL ISP, with very high \u2018value for money\u2019 and \u2018support\u2019 scores.<\/p>\n

Vox Telecom was a close second, with the top \u2018value for money\u2019 and \u2018network quality\u2019 scores of all ISPs. Its low support performance dragged its average score down.<\/p>\n

Newcomer Crystal Web also performed well, but was not included in the results because it only recently launched commercial services.<\/p>\n

Would you recommend your ISP to a friend?<\/h3>\n

As part of the survey users were asked: \u201cHow likely is it that you would recommend your current ADSL ISP to a friend or colleague.\u201d<\/p>\n

The higher the score, the more likely a person was to recommend their current ISP to other people.<\/p>\n
