Destiny<\/em>, according to Bungie’s latest update, will receive its second expansion,\u00a0House of Wolves<\/em>, this coming May. This is according to a trailer that released yesterday, a trailer that demonstrates the dark and eerie setting players can expect from House of Wolves<\/em>.<\/p>\n

House of Wolves<\/em> will release on May 19th, 2015. It is a part of the expansion pass and so will be available for free for any owners of said pass. For those who don’t, it will cost around the same price as the last expansion, which seems reasonable. It will, however, not contain a raid at launch. <\/em>Instead, the raid will release at a later, as of yet unannounced, date<\/p>\n

What it will contain is ‘The Prison of the Elders’<\/p>\n

The Prison of Elders<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Prison of Elders is a different sort of end-game activity, and it’s a battle arena. The purpose of the battle arena is to apparently provide a more rewarding level of replayability, some much needed variety and a test of skill.<\/p>\n

Bungie plans to reveal more in the coming month, with weekly videos and explanations on the Trials of Osiris and The Prison of Elders expected.<\/p>\n
