{"id":7429,"date":"2010-09-06T01:17:00","date_gmt":"2010-09-05T23:17:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T22:00:00","slug":"killzone-3-gets-us-release-date","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/playstation\/7429-killzone-3-gets-us-release-date","title":{"rendered":"Killzone 3 gets US release date"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sony has confirmed via the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.us.playstation.com\/2010\/09\/03\/killzone-3-coming-to-ps3-february-22nd-2011\/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed:+PSBlog+(PlayStation.Blog)&amp;utm_content=Google+Reader\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"US PlayStation blog\">US PlayStation Blog<\/a>&nbsp;that the PS3 exclusive FPS, Killzone 3, will hit US retail shelves on February 22. A European release date was not given, although it is generally expected to be out within a day or two of the US release date. Given that AAA games tend to be released locally on Fridays, we are guessing at a Feb 25 release date.<\/p>\n<p>Killzone 3 is being developed by series progenitor, Guerilla Games, and will be playable in full stereoscopic 3D.
