That\u2019s perhaps why we\u2019re most excited, but it\u2019s not the only reason.<\/p>\n<p><em>Assassin\u2019s Creed Chronicles: China<\/em> has the opportunity to set itself apart from the flagship series and reinvent some of the wheel. You know what they say: a change is as good as a vacation. We\u2019re hoping the mechanics of <em>China<\/em> are varied enough to distract us away from the main franchise for a while.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NnD6CiJWqg0\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>It certainly is colourful, we\u2019ll grant it that. Here\u2019s hoping the <em>Chronicles<\/em> trilogy serve as sufficient distractions while we await <em>Assassin\u2019s Creed Victory<\/em>. On the other hand, if <em>China<\/em> falls short on any particular aspects, we\u2019re rather hoping that Ubisoft use that experience to improve <em>India <\/em>and <em>Russia<\/em>. It\u2019s the perfect opportunity to get the formula right.
